I grew up in Stornoway, where working in my family’s business, Charles Macleod, taught me invaluable skills that have shaped my career. After completing my degree, I spent six years in Glasgow honing my marketing expertise with a global shipping company and leading accounting firm, followed by a decade in Aberdeen where I expanded in to HR, earning my Chartered CIPD status. Returning to Stornoway in 2009, I launched my first business and began collaborating with Diane in 2011. With lifelong connection to small businesses, I bring a unique perspective, combining my practical HR skills with business development and marketing expertise.
As a Transformational Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, I support business owners through practical and strategic guidance, in their professional and personal growth.

Born and raised in Stornoway before heading to Edinburgh to study Business Administration, I went on to work in senior administrative roles across various industries. The call of home brought me back where I continued to build my career in both the private and public sectors, and in 2008, I launched a successful virtual PA company, supporting national and international clients with marketing, admin management, and back-office processes.
When Claire and I joined forces in 2011, we combined our unique expertise in digital marketing, HR, and coaching to create a powerhouse of support for business owners.
